Harvey Morris was born July 20, 1942 in Athens, Alabama. He attended public school in the City of Decatur and graduated from Decatur High School.
While attending the University of Alabama Mr. Morris was a member of Phi Alpha Delta, Scabbard and Blade, and Bench and Bar.
He graduated in 1965 with a B.S. degree and earned his Juris Doctorate a year later. He was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 1966.
As a member of the Huntsville- Madison County Bar Association, Harvey Morris served as its President from 1982-1983.
He is also currently a member of the Alabama Association for Justice. Mr. Morris was recently inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, joining a select group of litigators in one of the nation’s premier legal associations.
Mr. Morris also has recently been honored in The Best Lawyers in America 2009.
